Hosting

Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes the personal data processed by the website and the measures applied to keep its use clear, proportionate and secure.
Data controller
The data controller is Valentin Jandard. For any privacy-related question or request, contact: pro.valentinj@gmail.com.
Data processed
Depending on the features used, the service may process: account identifiers, email address, @Instagram, display name, account approval status and social login information handled through Clerk; project text, mentioned @Instagram accounts and uploaded reference images; Shoot Card settings and selected thumbnails; photographs linked to completed shoots; and limited technical logs required for access and security. The application also performs simple automatic matching between folder names and lowercase @Instagram values, as well as badge calculations for Shoot Cards. These operations do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Required account information
The fields requested during registration, including the email address and @Instagram, are required to create and secure an account, identify the relevant private galleries and apply account approval rules. Without these required fields, access to the private features cannot be provided.
Purposes and legal bases
Account and gallery data are processed to provide the requested private service and on the basis of the publisher's legitimate interests in delivering photographs securely, managing collaborations and protecting access. Project information is processed to prepare requested photo sessions. Technical logs are processed for security and troubleshooting. Photographs are created, delivered and archived in accordance with the permissions agreed for each shoot. No advertising profiling or automated decision-making with legal effect is performed.
Recipients and service providers
Personal data is accessible only to the publisher, except where a technical provider is necessary for the requested feature. Authentication is provided by Clerk. If the user chooses a social login option, the selected identity provider may also process the connection. Project images, shoot photographs and gallery files are stored on the publisher's NAS and are not made public by default.
International data transfers
Clerk may process authentication data outside the European Economic Area. Clerk documents the safeguards used for these transfers in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum, including contractual safeguards where applicable. Social login providers apply their own privacy policies when their services are selected.
Retention periods
Account data, photo project content, uploaded project reference images and Shoot Card settings are deleted when the account is deleted. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days unless a security incident requires a longer investigation. Photographs delivered after a shoot are retained as part of the publisher's photographic archive for at least 10 years. A request concerning a photograph can be reviewed individually in light of the applicable image rights, permissions and legitimate archival needs.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also define instructions concerning your data after death and lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Requests are handled by email and may require an identity check where necessary to protect the account.
Cookies
The website intentionally uses no analytics, advertising or marketing trackers. Cookies and comparable storage may be used only when necessary for authentication, session security and language preferences. These strictly necessary uses do not require prior consent. If optional trackers are added in the future, the website will request consent before enabling them.
Intellectual property
Photographs, videos, interface elements, texts and other content remain protected by the applicable intellectual property and image rights rules. Reuse, publication, alteration or redistribution requires the prior permission of the relevant rights holder.
